Founder

My passion lies in empowering leaders and entrepreneurs to unlock their true capabilities and achieve lasting results.

Having coached and mentored a wide range of colleagues through my two decades working in businesses, I have run UK sales teams on the Agent side and for workspace operators holding Directorship level positions and C-suite roles during my career.

Now, with a foundation in masters level psychology and behavioural training, my dedication is to help others achieve fulfilment and make meaningful strides towards key goals.

I work with a range of clients, including entrepreneurs and existing and emerging business leaders. Sales leaders, marketing functions, HR teams, senior leadership teams and self-funding executives who are navigating change.

At the heart of my approach is continually monitoring and evaluating our effectiveness to help you and your business prosper in an ever-changing work environment.
